About Me

Raised in the Lower East Side of New York City, all odds were inherently stacked
against Jason Garcia. But he had one hidden advantage: the example of two devoted
and hard working parents. During Jason’s childhood, his parents worked tirelessly as a
team–his dad installing cable lines and his mom juggling caring for the family while
working various jobs–with the goal of buying the family’s first home. And it paid off.
When Jason was sixteen years old, his parents purchased their first home in
Stroudsburg, PA—a move that changed Jason’s life. In addition to transferring to his
new high school in a suburban area, he landed his first job at McDonald’s, working up
to the manager role in just 3 months after convincing management that his young age
should not limit his hard-earned success.
After graduating from high school, Jason went on to realize his childhood dream of
serving in the Army National Guard. While continuing to serve, he landed a job at Sacks
Realty in Jersey City in 2003, chauffeuring Bob Sacks, a veteran real estate broker in the
area. The pair became fast friends and Jason quickly convinced Mr. Sacks to gamble
and sponsor Jason to become a real estate agent. After receiving his license, Jason
wasted no time becoming Mr. Sacks’ top sales agent. Then Jason was called to war in
Iraq.
When your daily life drastically changes from chasing the American Dream to spending
an arduous year in an active war zone and experiencing unthinkable things that bring
you to the brink of complete hopelessness and despair, you change. Jason returned
from Iraq with gratitude for his life, but deep personal pain from the loss of dear
friends; and severe PTSD.
Jason learned in the most difficult way that tomorrow is not promised and that we
must live our best life right now. After returning from war and continuing on with his
start in real estate, Jason diligently hustled, took risks, innovated, and executed plans to
achieve increasing success in an ever-changing housing market. From beginning as a
new agent in a new industry, to the active expansion of his business and building a
brokerage from the ground up: Jason Garcia has arrived.
Since founding Allure Realty in 2018, Jason has recruited and onboarded 20 real estate
agents; has grown Allure Realty to sell tens of millions in real

estate; and has continued to expand his reach through property management, a
construction, commercial real estate projects, and continued plans for the future.
Allure Realty is Jason Garcia’s shining exemplification of consistent hard work, bravery
and resilience, and big dreams come true.
